Good news!

The Emotions collection is now available online! Some customers have been asking if they can purchase products from my collection outside of the events I participate in throughout the year. I've decided to implement a slightly different ordering system for this collection. I can't manage shipping and delivery using the standard system for the rest of my shop. Therefore, you won't see a "Buy" button to complete your purchase. To simplify order processing and ensure efficient management, I'm not using Shopify's automated system for this collection.

Here is the procedure for ordering a product from the Emotions collection.

1. Choose one or more items from the range and fill out the contact form on the product page for the collection , indicating the color and size if available. You can also message me privately on my Facebook or Instagram page, or on other social media platforms. For all the links, please see the " Follow Us " page in the menu.
   
2. I'll prepare your order and double-check it with you to ensure it's correct. Once you approve the order, I'll send you the electronic invoice by email. Payment by credit or debit card is preferred. If you're unsure about two sizes, I can bring them to you. During our meeting at a public place, you can see them in person and complete the payment.
   
3. We agree on a meeting point in Quebec City.

Pickup options

Option 1: Choose a trusted contact

If you are outside Quebec City, you can ask one of your contacts to pick up your order. Please specify who will be picking up your order when you complete the transaction, and they must have proof that you placed an order. You can forward the receipt to the designated person.

Option 2: Come to Quebec City on your own

When finalizing the transaction, we can agree on a date when you would be passing through Quebec City to pick up your order.

I do not offer a delivery service. Thank you for your patience while waiting for your order, as I am the only person responsible for order processing for the Emotions collection. I will do my best to process and deliver your order within a reasonable timeframe.

Consent Policy

Throughout our exchange, I am here to answer your questions. If you place an order and change your mind, I can cancel or modify it, provided you haven't yet confirmed your final choice. Once I send you the invoice and you have paid it, you are responsible for choosing or designating someone to pick up your order, according to our agreement. It will no longer be possible to modify or cancel the order. You will need to place a new one and repeat the process. For the refund policy, please see the page here .

I reserve the right to cancel the order if the exchanges are not respectful and do not comply with this policy.
