Good news!

The Emotions collection is available online! Some customers were asking if they could buy products from my collection outside of the events I attend throughout the year. I've decided to implement a slightly different ordering system for this collection. I cannot manage delivery and order shipping with the classic system used for the rest of my store. It's normal that you won't see a "buy" button for payment. To facilitate order management and ensure good handling, I am not using Shopify's automatic system for this collection.

Here's how to order a product from the Emotions collection:

1. Choose one or more items from the range and fill out the contact form on the product page of the collection , indicating the color and size if available. You can message me privately on my Facebook or Instagram page, or on other social media. For all links, please refer to the " Follow Us " page in the menu.
   
2. I will prepare the order and confirm it with you to ensure accuracy. Once you approve the order, I will send you the electronic invoice via email. Payment by credit or debit card is preferred. If you are unsure about two sizes, I can bring them to you. During our meeting in a public place, you can see them in person and complete the payment.
   
3. We will arrange a meeting point in Quebec City.

Pickup Options

Option 1: Choose a trusted contact

If you are outside Quebec City, you can ask one of your contacts to pick up your order. Please specify who will be the designated person to pick up your order when finalizing the transaction, and they must have proof that you placed an order. You can transfer the receipt to the designated person.

Option 2: Come to Quebec City yourself

When finalizing the transaction, we can agree on a date when you will be passing through Quebec City to pick up your order.

I do not offer delivery service. Thank you for your patience in receiving your order, as I am the only person responsible for taking orders for the Emotions collection. I will do my best to process and deliver your order within a reasonable timeframe.

Consent Policy

Throughout our exchange, I am here to answer your questions. If you place an order and change your mind, I can cancel or modify it, provided you have not yet confirmed your final choice. Once I send you the invoice and you have paid it, you are responsible for choosing or designating a person to pick up your order, in accordance with our agreement. It will no longer be possible to modify or cancel the order. You will need to place a new order and repeat the process. For the refund policy, please consult the page here.

I reserve the right to cancel an order if interactions are not respectful or do not comply with this policy.
