The Emotions collection is now available for delivery across Canada

Since the first LakaMark events, one question kept coming up:

"Do you offer delivery?"

At markets and events, several visitors told us they'd like to be able to order our creations directly from their homes. This summer, the request came up again multiple times.

We are therefore happy to announce that, starting today, eligible products from the Émotions collection can now be delivered anywhere in Canada.

A new service, requested by our customers

This new option was born from your feedback and your interest in our creations. Our goal is to make the Émotions collection more accessible, whether you are close to us or on the other side of the country.

Every order is prepared with care so that you receive your products in the best possible condition.

Preparation and delivery times

LakaMark is a small independent business and each order is prepared with care.

Here are the estimated times:

• Order preparation: 2 to 5 business days.

• Delivery in Canada: generally 2 to 8 business days, depending on your region and the carrier.

• Total estimated time: up to 15 business days.

We have intentionally included an additional margin in our total timeframe to account for unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the preparation or transport of your order.

These times are indicative and may vary depending on order volume, public holidays, transport conditions, your region, or the time of year.

You will receive available tracking information for your shipment once your order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier.

An evolving service

Delivery is a significant new step for LakaMark.

When the Émotions collection was launched, online orders were taken manually using our contact form. Thanks to your encouragement and the evolution of the shop, this step is now a thing of the past.

Orders are now processed directly on our Shopify store. We also use its shipping management system to prepare shipments, generate shipping labels, and ensure more efficient tracking of each order.

Before its launch, several tests were carried out to offer a simple and reliable experience. As with any new service, some adjustments may be necessary during the first few orders.

As a small independent business, we will do everything possible to meet the announced deadlines and keep you informed if an exceptional situation should cause a delay.

Over the coming months, we will continue to evaluate and improve this service based on demand and customer feedback. Our goal is to offer you an increasingly efficient delivery experience, while maintaining the quality and attention given to each of your orders.

Eligible products

Most products from the Émotions collection are now available for delivery anywhere in Canada.

Delivery availability is indicated directly when you order, depending on the selected products and your delivery address.

Please note: mugs are not yet eligible for this service. We are currently working to find a solution to be able to offer them for delivery in the future.
