We do our best to offer quality products and please you. It may happen that the product does not meet your expectations or there was a manufacturing problem. You have  30 days  to request returns following the day your product was delivered.

Please read Printful's Return Policy (in English) before submitting a return request.
To open a return request. Please contact me by filling out the contact form. Please enter the following information in your message:
  1. The order number indicated in the confirmation email you received when paying for the item on the store. The order number looks like this: #PF000000000 . If you have lost your order number. *I will try to find it via your full name.
  2. To provide a detailed description of the reason for the return request.
  3. Having taken photos of your product. The supplier may ask to provide clear photos of the product to approve the return request.

Throughout the process, you will be contacted with the email address you provided when opening your application.
* It is better to have the order number to avoid mistakes. If I can't find your order, I won't be able to make the request to Printful. For privacy reasons. Please provide accurate information.
